should the device turn itself off?

I am trying to program a button that when pressed turns off several other buttons
Scenario 1 - when pressed that button will turn a couple of other lights off including itself. For example the switch i press is in the bedroom and the flow triggered turns off all devices in the bedroom.
In this situation I will not need to put i explictly to turn the device itself off right?
Scenario 2 - when pressed that button will turn a couple of other lights off excluding itself.
In such a situation should I add a card to turn itself off? If so, should it be placed last? I assume it's done in order?
