Random time in a time slot

Is there any possibility to act on a random time in a predefined time slot?
Example: Switch light off on a random time between 21:00 and 23:00

Thing u can try is this:

Set the delay in minutes seperated with a dash. This will turn the light off between 1 and 120 minutes. Let us know if it works.
