Show a status on the smartphone app

I would like to have an indicator on the phone app that shows if all my doors are closed. I have door sensors on all doors and have created a variable that is either 0 (everything closed) or larger than zero, equal to the number of doors open. Seems to work fine. But now I just want to see on the phone if all doors (and same for windows) are closed. Even better, also how many doors are open and even better, which doors are open. But I cannot find a device that allows this. They all seem to trigger actions which is great but not this time.
