Udemy has a really nice offer now. €12 for a course. There are some nice node.js courses available. I bought the one with 664 reviews. Did some video's and the style is nice if youre a beginner. A lot of deeper explanations instead of overtyping code.

When you have some simple .js functions do you need to constructed a hole app or can you used them in an easy way.
All those maps and documents needed for an app looks not very inviting to start.
