NPM install from IO-Broker

Hi there,
i am new here, and i have now my first question (waiting for home to be come) :-)
Is it possible, to install other NPM packages (maybe from io-broker) and would there run on homey ???
I ask this question, because Homematic is not aviable at the Appstore, but for io-broker it is aviable.
