Troubles ordering Homey

I am trying to order Homey for the past few days and always get a response:

Oops, that didn't go quite right...

Your payment couldn't be processed, please try again.

It does not matter if I choose “Credit Card” or “IBAN Bank Transfer” option.

Any ideas what to do?

    You need to contact support@athom.com I will also forward this post to them that your mail is incoming


    EDIT:

    After having contact with Athom they told they already had contact with you, because of that this  topic will be closed.
