Nametags shows "false" in stead of proper name

I've added all my family members to my Homey. They all have created athom accounts and downloaded and installed the app on their phones. Yet, one of them, my wife, is not being recognized as should be: her tags that shows her presence in the house as well as her being asleep or not do not show her name but instead show a tags with a name "false" on it. The other family members and myself are shown correct.
What can be the underlying cause of this? Help would be appreciated
