Flow to activate when somebody comes home and there is motion?

Hi!
As we live close to our bus stop, the bus travels past our building after we've left. This seems to set the "coming home" flow in motion...
I do have a Fibaro motion sensor in the hallway, is there any way to say that;
If someone came home AND it was empty AND there is motion in the hallway?
Motion and coming home will not happen at the same time, but I don't want things to activate unless someone actually comes home.
Also, I'm having issues that it sometimes only works when I get home, and not anyone else...
Currently I've only used the presence detection, but it isn't close enough to our apartment IMHO.
