I placed an order for Homey for which payment was taken on the 15th February. I have emailed both contact emails I could find (info@.... and support@.....) and still have not heard from you regarding when I can expect my device to be shipped. If I fail to hear from you within the next week, I will sadly have no choice but to cancel my order.
