Neo Coolcam Plug

Hi i have a plug of Neo, this one went once then had worked no more about Homey, I have Dan pressed the button to reset and deleted at home. Now I don't get it taught. If you remove Z-wave, Homey won't find anything. Does anyone have an idea??? Thank you
