What are the stages in the order delivery process?

I ordered my Athom 3 weeks ago while the website was saying "3 weeks delivery period" first the status was kind of "wordt verwerkt in ons logistiek centrum" now the status is "Wordt verwerkt"
I realy am disappointed how Athom cares about their customers.

Disaponted because the diverence in the sentes "word verwerkt" and "wordt verwerkt in ons logistiek centrum" ? 

The 3 weeks are over and its not deliverd?  Or what.
