Hi there,

I started to set up my new Homey using an Ipad. then realized I could not get the desktop application downloaded. now my Mac will not connect to Homey so I am stuck. what shall I do???

    What did you already do? When you first boot Homey he will say to go to setup.athom.com in your browser, did you follow all the steps? If that's a yes you can find your Homey at my.athom.com or with the desktop app. If the setup is not working anymore reset Homey and start setup again and finish all steps in your browser.
