Philips Fidelio E5 (CSS7235Y/12) - not all send commands work

I have a Philips Fidelio E5, and the Homey is next to it and its able to switch on the Bluetooth function via trained IR.
Now I would like to add Optical as well, however it seem to train well, but when homey is sending the Fidelio doesnt respond.
My suspicion is that Homey is either not learning well/sending well for this command.
I tried:
- new batteries in remote
- several trainings from different distances
- reboot
- even the philips tv app
not sure what to try next.
