I guess yes because it's zigbee but it's good to look at the specification of the implementation at the devices and also an app will be needed to know the capabilities of the devices, otherwise it will be added as a generic device wich can only turn on/off (one thing/button)

So i have to find out if Sunricher has an app to use with their product and if not it has no use to even try using it?

I had a quick look at the devices. For instance the rgbw controller manual states that you have to bind it to a group or device. That isn’t supported yet within Homey, but a request for it is in github. Next to that, you need a app for it, to support the devices.

You are looking for a wall controller? I haven't seen one yet. Unless the z-wave version:

But then again, you need a app for it, or build it yourself.
Don't know about the price....
