Homey does not work anymore

When I came home, Homey did not work anymore. No ring Color. Homey is offline

So I restarted homey and at first it is Orange. Then no Colors anymore. Homey is offline.

Please help!

    How did you restart?
    I had the same in the past.
    I did a PtP (Pull the Plug) for at least 10 minutes and started Homey again after that period.
    Everything was fine after that

    If above doesn't work you need to contact Athom support

    be sure you use the included power adapter and cable. and not any other ones
