wallmote + ikea lights

Hi guys, 

My wife has trouble adjusting to domotica so to sooth her nerves i've purchased a wallmote for her to have a button to press..
I'm not quite sure how to go on about dimming the lights besides turning them on/off.

I have grouped IKEA tradfig lights, I've made a scene for the top right mote to be "dimmed" but I have no option for it to indicate if I swiped up or down.

My intention is:
press once: toggle on/off (simple)
swipe up; more light strength
swipe down: less light strength

Just take a look at the forum, multiple examples available with sort of same devices / dim flows

Ive been doing that, but none that use a dimmer but use a button pressed. Mine has a swipe function which doesn't compare to the topics Ive read. for example: https://forum.athom.com/discussion/3486/dimming-variable-the-perfect-flow

Button pressed, swiped up, rotated as long as it is a card or action in Homey the idea behind is the same.

Managed to get the ligh to dim up, but dimming it down doesn't work.
I think the touchpad is just a bit to small to fit my fingers in to reduce lighting str.
