Tablet " kitchen mode '

Hi,
I've got several ikea lights in my living room (kitchen is part of) and there's two Ikea lights pointed towards the kitchen.
With virtual devices I made a switch (with dim). I want to do the following: when pressing this button i want to be able to toggle " cooking mode' which puts the lights to 100% or back to 50% or whichever percentage they were.
Any tips on how to "flow this"?
