Remove old devices from Push Messages list

Hi,

I reinstalled my iPhone and now it is showing up twice in the list for Push Messages. Is there any way to clean this up?

    If you login on my.athom.com you can go to phones (click on you're avatar). Here you can delete the phones of you're choice
