insight panel: device not found

In the Insight panel I can't find one of the devices I added, the AWMT-003 Ingebouwde Mini-Zender  (input device) by klikaanklikuit

so it is difficult to diagnose the way input switches are timed, i.e if after shorting an input it goes back to off after a while so that switching off is equivalent to switching on
i.e. if it acts as a pushbutton or as a switch
any experience on this particular case?

AND

how to let the Insight panel acknowledge a device?

    Sorry this was a wrong question since the AWMT-003 it's an INPUT ONLY device so it cannot be monitored
