spikes false contacts Fibaro binary sensor

I am using a Fibaro binary sensor to sense status of windows, door, buttons, switches
Often I find spikes and false contacts dependent on the fact that there isn't apparently any dealy on the switch status, pls see screenshot of the related "Insight"
Any suggestion to solve the issue for the Fibaro sensor?
i.e. is there any way to introduce a delay on reading the sensor status?
or should it be an issue to ask to Fibaro?
