Flow design - time between two times

Got my Homey last night and i have to admit that compared to other systems i have use it is a revelation !
Looks good, interface is clean, easy to setup and get some "flows" happening right away.
Tried setting up a flow to reduce the volume and brightness at night so it does not disturb us, and then restore normal volume and brightness in the morning after 8am.
Can't find a way to have the "The time is between.." box in the first "when" column.
Got it working as below, but can't help but think there is a better way, am i missing something.

That's not going to work.
There is no need to trigger it a thousand times.?
Why not just trigger on 8 pm, which will be 8 o'clock sharp, and done
And add a second flow to increase it again in the morning
So best to have two flows ?
One to set it up for night time and one for day time at 8am ?
