[Solved] KAKU stop working at all

Yesterday suddenly without any reason all my KAKU units stop responding.

Homey cannot controll any KAKU unit any more.

I user serveral systems such as KAKU, Zwave, zigbee etc

Zigbee and Zwave are working normally but KAKU does nothing.

When i press a switch or remote no comand is issued, when i enable or diable a KAKU unit by app or homey directly also nothing happens.

I restarted the i even restarted the radio part nothing worked..
I even did a software reboot and this also did not work

I tried to add a new KAKU device but ofcourse this also does not work.

Anyone any tips to get this working again?

i dont't want to clean all, i loose all my programming resulting nothing working anymore in home.
Due the lack of a decent backup/restore (= also restore the devices) option of Homey a hard or factory reset is simply  not an option!

Sadly i cannot control my lighting without automatisation, so if i do a reset nothing works anymore and i am busy for a few days to get all back online again.
The restore option is simply unuasable because i have to manually add all my devices (over 50) and my flows do not work because they get a new ID etc....

Sadly this is one of the major/biggest MINUS points of the homey device, there is no way to make/create a real full backup/restore of this device..
  • PTP will no clear all your flow etc .. just the mem in the chip
  • Which version of the Homey software are you using?
  • latest official release
  • Just do the dawn ptp and iT Will work again.

Pull the plug ... and after 10 secondes put it back in.

  • yep, worked..
