    I don't think Athom will make an app for iHomecam because it's not a brand generally and will be in need of a community app just like the Neo app. If there is an app the devices will be supported so maybe you can give it a try yourself?

    It looks to me that IHOMECAM, is offering rebranded or even re-selling (without rebranding) Neo and Heimann Z-wave products...

    Neo already has an extensive app supporting all available Z-wave devices... 

    First feedback of Heimann’s Z-wave (and ZigBee) products if I recall correct was not positive based on... check the forum for details...
