Home Easy HE844A remote not working

I'm trying to add a Home Easy HE844A remote to my Homey but it doesn't work. The Homey won't detect the signal.
I've tried a bunch of different dipswitch settings, no difference.
I've also tried it on the Homey of my neighbour, same deal.
Is there anything else I can try?
