Homey as IR Remote Controller

Is it possible to use Homey as a universal IR controller, i.e. without using flows. I want it to work like, for example, BroadLink RM Pro does,

    I don't believe thats possible. You mean by record, save and replay?

    Use virtual devices as buttons which appear on HomeKit and your phone becomes a remote (if the homey IR will work for you at all)
