Smartwares sender without light

Question, got this Smartwares sender wich wont work without a load (Think because K is then floating instead of pulled to Nul). Dont want to connect a light there, do you guys Think it Will work if I Would use the Fibaro bypass as a load? Will this be ok between L and N for a long time without a light parallel to it?

I use it to get a signal to homey from a 3-switch hotelswitch, K is now connected to the black wire that did go to the light before
