To use the app or the dashboard app you need to link a Homey. So you need to own one.
Is there a way to log in, in like some demo area without a Homey present?
so I can make some flows with some devices, and can experience how easy a Homey works.

    Some Mediamarkts have a demo enviroment to see what you can do. For how the flows are made you can use youtube/this forum, take a look at  the use cases /blog from Athom or visit someone who has a Homey. There is no demo/real demo enviroment :) Also the mobile app is getting a big rewrite -> https://blog.athom.com/2017/07/07/homey-v2-0-future/ and will come to beta very soon
