Homey in Australia

Hi everyone,
This is probably answered somewhere else but I can't seem to find a definite answer. I was looking to buy a Fibaro HC2 when I came across the Homey. So my questions are:
Is Homey available in Australia and if s where can it be bought?
If yes, does it come with the Australian z-wave frequency?
Does Homey work with all z-wave products?
Does Homey do all the same things as aFibaro

Does Homey do all the same things as a Fibaro HC2 eg Scenes, geofencing etc?
Does a Homey need a PC or Mac to work?
And does the Homey need the cloud to work or can it run off-line?
Thanks so much in advance for any answers provided
Cheers
Glenn
Just do a search on australia and you find several topics like this one about z-wave -> https://forum.athom.com/discussion/3480/australian-frequency-fibaro-and-aeotec-devices-are-added-as-basic-z-wave-devices
Device is not official sold in Australia but if you contact Athom they can ship Homey with the right z-wave chip/frequency
Offcourse devices connected by the internet need internet to work the rest keeps working when the internet is down, more information on the support page of Athom -> https://www.athom.com/en/support/KB000028/
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z-Wave#Technical_characteristics
As for power, can't say for sure but assuem it will. However, Homey is powered by a main->usb cable so can't imagine that being a problem...
The frequentie difference is too big, so it will be a different chip.
This btw isn't just for homey, this will be for all your zwave devices
