Returned a defective Homey. now i have 2 in my control center.. how do i remove it?

As the title says.i cant figure out how to "remove" my homey that was returned for being defective

you really need to give more information..

try a little harder to explain whats going on

You have to contact Athom support for that.
You cant delete the offline homey anymore. since its broken it wont be comming online anymore to start the removal procedure.

I had the same and asked Ahom to fix it. Took a while but was fixed
