Homey offline

Hi, 

Currently I'm not at home and Homey seems to be offline. Unfortunately I'm away for the next 4 days. My assumption is that Homey is offline because of the new version. How do I make sure Homey is online again? Homey takes care of all lighting in my house... 

Please advise!

Do you have auto updates enabled? Might be Homey will start upgrading automagically and reboots.
It's a known issue and is caused by cloud maintenance, see https://status.athom.com

Auto updates is indeed enabled. How to deal with this if not at home?

Same problem for me. Not home for the next 14 days and homey is now offline. Wife not happy...

Restart of Homey got it online again.

I got myself a TP-Link before holiday to have an option for a Remote PTP.
https://apps.athom.com/app/nu.baretta.tplink
and don't make a flow to turn this switch off ;-)

Had the same problem yesterday. Also had to restart Homey to fix it.

Thanks to my neighbours! They've performed a reset.

There was some small maintenance on the Athom Cloud. If you still don't have a connection with the Athom Cloud, you need to restart your Homey (settings --> system --> Reboot)
