Homey red ring

Hi All

I have tried to setup Homey. With the initial boot and update, Homey failed and now when I start Homey it gives an orange ring and turns red after about two minutes.

I have seen that you need to do a reset with either a MAC or a Linux RasperyPi. Is it possible to reset using a PC running Ubuntu? Can someone give me the reset instruction for either Linus or a MAC?

The old un-brick method is old / outdated and unsupported, 
Please e-mail Athom support  at support@athom.com to contact them for unbricking your Homey.

Exchange it for another at the shop you bought it.

I'm having the same problem.. Is ghere seriously nothing I can do about it?

Support sent me the reboot instructions. My Homey is up and running.
