does an app exist for logitech OLD harmony basters for RF system (harmony 900 and 1000 etc)

I have here an older harmony remote wich is using RF signals and also has a blaster unit to set IR signals.
Remote like the 900 and 1000 use these blasters

Is there maybe an app to use this remote also, the same as the harmony hub app?
