TV(or remote control) seems to be recognized, but TV does not reply when I am sending commands

I installed TV as new device. I used the remote control and setup three keys of this remote control. Then I made an Flow, everything seems ok(get a green mark), but TV does nothing. Somethings goes wrong I guess.. I tried also the Samsung APP, and also the infrared option. But nothing works, TV does not reply. What can occur the problem? The infrared option told me my television of Samsung has recognized(with a few others in same category) but still it's not working. APP seems to be ok, but no reply by TV. What can I try more?Samsung television: UE43J5500AWXXN

  • If you install https://apps.athom.com/app/com.samsung.ir you don't have to learn a remote. It's all there..

Ok thanks for your quick reply. I still have the same problem. I made a test flow , when a lamp is not on(IF), and it's not by example 15:49(AND) than (THAN) put off the television. I tested it, I get a green remark by Samsung APP(I choose turn off(zet uit). but TV does nothing. TV seems not to get his commands. I tried another commands, but same problem.
  • If you have a mobile (well, with most of them) you can see whether Homey sends IR by pointing your camera at Homey like @Rocodamelshe did here:

  • He doesn't understand the question :-)
  • Just fire ur own flow and film homey with ur phone. Take the front camera as the back cameras mostly has an IR filter on it
  • Problem solved..removing the Homey  closer to the television did it. Thanks for support!
