Help, I think my 433Mhz microcontroller is broken.

Hello guys,

I'm affraid that something is wrong with my Homey. All apps that are comunicating on 433Mhz are not working while the devices are working fine, so it has something to do with Homey.

It started a couple of weeks ago when the Action app was crashing constantly, and I could not control my wall sockets anymore while they are still working fine with the remotecontrol.

Re installing or refreshing the app did not make any change. Also the klik aan klik uit app is not working. I can't connect any device.

Also tried to restart the microcontroller but it keeps loading than and after a while it says that Homey is offline.
It started when I was using Homey 1.3, but continued with Homey 1.5. :(

Any idea what I can do?

  • Did you try to PTP? That helps for 433 most of the time... :)

What do you mean with PTP?
  • Pull-The-Plug :) unplug Homey for a minute and restart Homey. In the latest 433-apps that procedure is even advised..
  • Thanks.. Tried it, but the first time it crashes, an nothing happend. No trying a second time
  • What crashes? Homey or an app?
