Does Homey support North American Z-Wave Frequencies?
If not now, any plans for the future?

Yes it does. Just make sure to mention it with your order but there are more people with Homeys there already. But afaik there's no fcc certification for the assembled product, just for the individual components.

Please also keep in mind that the majority of the apps have the EU product ID's added, some now include the AU ID's and only a few the US...

In most cases this is an administrative (=minor) issue where the app developer has to add the US ID's to the app before the devices will be recognized.

Alternatively you can do this yourself by forking the repo and adding the codes yourself
