Queueing messages

Recently I thought of an app to queue messages in Homey so speak out later, when there actually is someone listening. Now I have a some flows informing me of changes, but I always have to create extra flows to check for movement in the living room. I think it would be nice if you could just push messages to a queue in a flow. And then a single flow with: WHEN movement detected THEN speak out all queued messages.
Sort of like a receptionist at a hotel.

It would also be great if you can add a time limit to the messages, so they will be removed if nobody is in the room for a set time. That would decrease the amount of messages in the queue and remove irrelevant messages (like "It's going to rain in 10 minutes" when you walk into the room 4 hours later).

Unfortunately I don't have time (and the knowledge yet) to build such an app myself and maybe never will, since there's a baby on it's way. :)
