Philips Hue working with Zigbee directly on Homey?

Question. Is it currently possible to have the Philips HUE lamps work together with Homey without using a bridge.

If you use the search function @shideban you would have known that Zigbee will be activated in 1.4 wich will come to experimental this week ( . After the release of 1.4 there still needs to be an app to connect Hue directly to Homey, Athom did let us know not to prioritize because there is a working Hue app, so maybe the community will be faster with an app. I'm running 1.4 already in developer preview and some users already have connected some Hue stuff directly but not all are working (yet)

Changed the topic title for better search result and set status to solved

  • Thank you for the info. And indeed your comment is correct, I have indeed read this, but I did not consider it when I postpone the question. It's not a priority for me, so I'm watching how it all evolves.
