All devices are gone after reboot

Hello,
I just made a reboot because the elro app runs into an error.
Now all of my devices are gone after the reboot.
Is there any chance to restore the devices?
I thought "yeah I made a backup" but it`s just for the flows

    Try to reboot again, usually it will fix itself again then.

    Doesn't work.
    I have to add it all again. Hopefully a flow restore will take the new devices
