Homey freeze after setup 'Homey is starting please wait..'

I installed a new Homey. Setup went fine. After the setup he tells me to open the desktop application. There i see the homey but he is telling me 'Homey is starting please wait...'  I did a factory reset but stuck on the same problem..

    And how long did u have it running before u did the factory reset?
    And what is the Ledring telling u?

    I had id running for 4 hours. The led ring is rainbowcolors. When i go to the local ip its tell me never connected to the cloud.

    Rainbow is telling all went fine. Did it get another ip-address maybe? What happens when u go to my.athom.com ?

    On my.athom.com i get the same massage. 'Your homey is starting. After 10 min. He tells me homey offline.

    And ur using chrome ofc.

    Lijkt er toch haast op dat je Homey een ander ip adres heeft gekregen.

    Heb je de verbinding met het draadloze netwerk van Homey verbroken en weer verbinding gemaakt via je normale netwerk?
