Creating an app for Tele Radio remote controls

Hi,
I wonder if there is anyone willing to create an app for the tele-radio remote controls. I have one laying around here in the house and It would be really great if I could use that one to control certain things in the house. Its 433.92mhz but I'm not aware if its encrypted or something similar.
We have the T60TX-08STL that is mentioned here: https://www.tele-radio.com/products-spare-parts/t60/ . Unfortunatly I don't have access to the documentation. I'm just a user.
