Help please with z-wave wall switch

Hello,

i have a question about a z-wave wall switch.
Its a Devolo Scene Switch and compares to a z-wave.me wallc-s (for what i was able to find out)

I have installed it in Homey without issue but am unable to get it working
I have read al there was to find on the forum and google but im still not able to switch a hue light with a flow

Am using homey nog for 2 weeks and this is my first Z-Wave device (to replace kaku switch)

what am i doing wrong?
