The Multireg thermostat is sold under many names; I don't even know what the original brandname is..
Currently there is no app for it yet... See my remark in the Heatit thermostat topic
Yes I see it's the exact same thermostat, to bad there is no support for it yet tho.
original producer/owner is "Thermo Floor AS" according the z-wave alliance
I will make the Thermo-Floor app, which will support the Multireg and Heatit Z-wave thermostat.
Note: Thermo-Floor is the designer and manufacturer of the thermostat, which is re-branded (and sold) under various names, like Multireg, Heatit, Magnum heating and if I will start digging, I will find more names...
