How can I pull or push sensor and device data from Homey periodically to Grafana?

Example from a linux pc: curl -H "Authorization: Bearer <bearer token>" -o output-file http://<local homey IP>/api/manager/insights/log/homey:device:<device-id>/measure_temperature/entry
