Homey LED will not turn off

Hello

Anyone else who got problems with, that the led ring issent turning off when the settings is to off?

Only the one side of the homeys led ring is turning on, as if there is an error in the LED ring?

Any ideas if it is something i can fix myself? :3

    Tryed turning off with Brightness = 0 Color = Black. Same Results?

    I tried turning off the ledring via flow with no problem. Is that what you mean, because it's not clear to me what you exactly want. Maybe you can explain with a screenshot?
