flow gives error and don't know why...

I have a flow:
flow activated --> if cetain person is NOT home (name of person) AND GSM if offline --> then set boolean value.
When i test this flow it gives an error (triangle) in the AND statement (certain person) and device is offline
Have no idea why because the person is NOT home and the log also shows that he/she left the home several hours ago and there is no report that that person is back again..
Also the device offline seems not to be working, the deivce is not online (so offline) for 100% but it still gives an error on this.
Anyone an idea why the flow card is not home does not work and alse why the device offline does not work (online works fine).
