Dummy temperature sensor

I have my own temperature sensor attached to the GPIO of a Raspberry Pi. I have a cronjob on this Pi configured to send the current temperature to a HTTP request flowcard and change the "temperature" integer of a Better Logic variable.

I can use this variable to build flows and ask Homey the current temperature, however this does not work with the default speech command "Hoe warm is het" because no temperature sensor is configured.

Since it is not possible to disable or change default speech commands ( :( ), is it somehow possible to create a dummy (temperature) sensor and change the temperature value of this 'device'?
