Homey running old non-existing versions of flows

i just noticed a very strange bug. months ago i made a flow that would automate starting up my tv and mediaplayer etc. and it would play a short youtube video as an intro. since then i have changed that flow several times and removed the playing of the youtube video among other changes and added other cards etc. yesterday i started up the flow and it suddenly started playing the video again! Whats that about?? has anybody else encountered this behavior of running old non-existent flows? and how can this be fixed?

    I had the same thing happening recently with a Fibaro wallplug turning a light on. I turned the flow off, removed the flow and reset Homey. I even removed and re-added the device, but it kept switching on. The last few days it does not turn on anymore, I don't know what made it stop.
