How to trigger on numbers in speech?

At the moment I'm experimenting with flowcards that check if a spoken text contains numbers.
First I tried to set up triggers for the characters 0...9, but that doesn't work... The triggers only work when the number is inbetween spaces but I want a trigger whenever there's a number somewhere in the text.
Now I need to setup 10,000 (!!!) triggers to identify numbers from 0-9999...
How do I detect numbers in spoken text? Shouldn't this be possible with 10 triggers only?
