Apps won't install - firmware v1.1.4 related?

I had a problem with an app (Harmony) and uninstalled it. After that it will not install again

As I am not the only one having problems with this App, I thought it was only related to the Harmony App.
But, I just uninstalled the LIFX App, and tried to reinstall it, but that failed too:

How can this be solved?
Homey's LED ring is blue....I PTY 3 times already

  • According to the bug-report Joachim thinks this a client-issue, could you try on chrome?

    Thanks @BasVanDenBosch

I have tried with using Chrome on my Mac => failed
I tried to install the Harmony App as developer via GIT on my Windows 10  PC => failed
Just tried to install the Lifx App via Chrome (v56.0.2924.87 = latest) on my Windows 10 PC => failed again.
  • What's in the "detailed information"?

It's not a problem of the app, it supports 1.1.4 - >  "compatibility": "0.x || 1.x" and just installed on 1.1.4 at my homey.

Maybe stupid question but did you try a reboot -> try to install again?
  • Did you also check of it really did not install. Had the error a couple of times while the app actually did install.
  • The detailed information is empty.

No app is installed (but, I too had that some time ago. I stalled, error, but it is in the App list).

I powered down Homey and waited 19 minutes. No, still no luck with install
  • Then I'd send an email to support@athom.com or contact @Annemarie directly... They'll probably want temporary access to your Homey...

I managed to install Lifx App via my Android Oneplus 3 running Chrome !
Unfortunately, installing Harmony App failed again.

Tomorrow I will try again. If that still doesn't resolve it, I will contact support.

    Thanks!

  • And it can't be a networking-issue?
  • No, network is OK. I am connected to my SSID. I can download, operate et cetera. I can even install an App now, but I can't install Harmony App.

The detailed information is not very helpful... haha
