Flow help needed?

Hello Guys,

Can you help me out setting an motion flow?

''When we arrive at home and the motion detection is active, than the TV must be ON. But when the TV is already on, no action needed?''

Depends if your TV is able to show it's state: on or off
I did the following with my HUE bulps, although im not using it yet.
In the better logic app i created a boolean variable "Hue groep voordeur". it can be true or false.
Then i created a flow. When a HUE bulp is switched on, then set the variable to true.
You might create another flow to set it to false if the TV is turned off.
Another flow, to switch on the light contains in the "AND" field and option to check the variable state. If it's false switch on the ligts. Is it true then the flow will not run.
